To hedge against the risk of a Silicon Valley startup disrupting how audits are performed around the world, Deloitte assembled a team of 20 audit, product and technology professionals to do it first.
The result was the creation of a cutting-edge commercial audit software that brought profitability to Deloitte's smallest, previously unprofitable audits around the world.

In 2016, RBC's cheque deposit processing technology failed. RBC client accounts were credited their desired amount, however RBC failed to request money from the sending institutions, leaving RBC short by many millions.
Within hours of being pulled into the war room, I produced a reconciliation tool prototype to identify problem cheques needing manual intervention. This tool was used in production for 18 months, scanning $450M in txns per day.
TouchBistro was decimated during COVID, due to its majority small mom & pop customer base. I joined the company peak pandemic, to learn how to navigate a business through a crisis.
I played a pivotal role in moving TB up-market, where we could pursue larger, more resilient and more profitable customers. Today, the company trusts me to lead their largest project, the development of their next generation POS product.
